I take the public transit to work everyday. It starts with a subway ride and then onto a “streetcar” (Toronto speak for tram) that takes me directly to my workplace. Typically the journey takes between 45mins to 1hr and that provides me time for a read or run through some mental notes for the day’s meetings. Today, I decided to take some pictures to capture some of the sights along the way. And yes, with the iPhone.
These days photography is as convenient as whipping out the iPhone and going trigger happy. I am a novice here and still exploring the full capabilities of mobile photography as well as (taking it end to end) mobile blogging. So here are some pictures of the family taken over the weekend.
Our weekends revolve around taking Hansel for play & learn classes, as well as some shopping & doing groceries. I am learning to use the camera on the iPhone 4s. Apart from the watermarking, all pictures and post-processing done on the iPhone with AnalogColor – Pardon the lack of sharpness.
It has been one week since our return to Toronto. During this time, Hansel and Jamie are adjusting back to the Winter cold. Took the opportunity to dust off my camera (and the Pentax Super Takumar 50mm F1.4) and capture some pictures of Hansel at 11 months of age.
In the short time I was in Singapore, I savored some of my favorite (and affordable) local dishes. Here is a sampling.
I am off to Singapore from Dec 14 till Jan 13, 2012. All packed and ready to go see the family. Expect pictures of Singapore in the coming posts.
Hansel is a playful boy and has learnt to crawl recently. At 8 months, he is definitely an attention seeker. Also, he smiles and laughs readily when teased. Pictures courtesy of Kangwei which I cropped and enhanced with AnalogColor.
Drove up to Mont Tremblant via Montreal over the weekend. Came back via Ottawa on the return. A long drive but nevertheless quite a bit of photo opportunities.
