I did my first Luge run down a mile long track (not visible but the slopes are on the left of picture). As I was luge-ing down the slopes, I was also taking in the picture of the colourful shops contrasted by the greenery and blue skies. A very pretty sight. Unfortunately I was way too engrossed with the luge runs and was not able to take pictures from the vantage point higher up on the slopes.
Met up with Nick and Rowe for a wonderful dim sum lunch followed by a stroll along the harbour front. It was a beautiful day and Hansel was super happy! Shot with the iPhone.
Now listening to this 2002 album by Henri Salvador. Got it from the library and I am instantly hooked.
Recently, I have taken an interest in the music of Yo-Yo Ma. This 2011 album looks interesting and I hope it sounds that way too. Will post my thoughts soon. Now for some listening…

Traveling to Vancouver for business and had the opportunity to use the Passbook feature on the iPhone. Works like a charm. One can see how businesses are moving towards a more self-help, self-directed customer experience.
Lucius and Hansel out to Ikea on the weekend. Weather is getting cold and averages -3 degrees Celsius these days.
Stumbled on the prospect of growing my own Christmas Tree in a Can for $3.99 - As you can see, after 2 weeks, it is starting to sprout.
